The National Museum of Natural Science is constituted by the Science Center, Astronomic Theater, Life Science Hall, Human Culture Hall, Earth Environment Hall, and the Botanica. Each year the number of visitors tops the second place among museums in Taiwan (only following the National Palace Museum) with an average of 3 million people. The museum exhibits the sophistication of science and the beauty of arts to convey the concept and life stories of the history of nature in the entire earth evolution. The Botanica is a very large plant ecology green house with a diversity of lively views.

National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts

The National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts is both spacious and friendly, where the different learning, leisure space and outdoor sculpture park establish a brand-new look of the 21st century art museum with knowledge and leisure function. There are many featured restaurants. The Wuquan W. 4th Street across from the gate of the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts offers many fusion restaurants on the sides of the National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts.

Calligraphy Greenway

The Calligraphy Greenway is an urban space architecture that starts with the National Museum of Natural Science to the north and the Art Museum Parkway to the south as well as the activity nodes in National Museum of Natural Science, Civic Plaza, Park Lane, Art Space, National Taiwan Museum of Fine Arts, and food court street. The activity intensity is sometimes intense and sometimes tranquil, where the atmosphere and spatial dimension are naturally smooth with intense, light, dense, and scarce flows.

Park Lane Commercial District

There are 150,000 plants inlayed on the outside of Park Lane Department Store, turning it into the largest outdoor inlayed plant wall in Asia. The 20-meter indoor plant wall is a green building that matches the 21th-century concept of carbon reduction and environmental protection. The sophisticated interior design is combined with Eslite Bookstore Flagship Store in central Taiwan, which also turns Park Lane into the natural and humanistic new landmark.

The Luce Chapel

The Luce Chapel is located in Tunghai University and is made by famous architect Ieoh Ming Pei and Chen Chi Kwan. It is the famous campus symbol that covers the center of the entire campus. In the early days before the trees in Tunghai University became dense, the Luce Chapel could be seen anywhere from the campus.

Taichung Park Pavilion

Taichung Park was built in 1908 and is the park with the longest history in Taichung. The Taichung Park Pavilion located in the center of the Taichung Park Sun Moon Lake is a dual pavilion designed with oriental and western architecture. It is not only one of the eight great scenes in Taiwan but also the spiritual symbol of Taichung City. It is available on stamps and national lotteries but also protects Taichung silently over the last one hundred years.

Fongjia Night Market

Fongjia Night Market is located next to Feng Chia University and known as the largest night market in Taiwan and also ranked number one in the national top 100 night markets. The night market offers a variety of diverse and exceptional snacks and all types of products are available in stores that will satisfy you with different fun.
